I will have the story up soon that goes along with this drawing but til then here is a brief explaination so you 'get it'. Tori, the girl in the pic, was invited to a slumber party by her new friend, Bulma.

While there, the girls start up a game of Truth or Dare and Tori's dare is to cut a piece of Piccolo's cape off without asking his permission. This is where Demoness Yasha's cute picture comes in. :)
